  • @Childrenguild That chart is great for the maximum, although IMO less ejaculation is always better IF it is accompanied by the proper exercises to keep the energy flowing and not becoming stagnant. Sex is important and the author doesn't differentiate between ejaculatory sex and sexual kung-fu. There's no such thing as too much sex when it's kept gentle and it doesn't interfere with daily activities and chores etc.

  • what about spandex? most of my underwear is 90% coton and 10% spandex.

  • @ThomasDeanNordlum It's fairly negligible if it's just the elastic that is around the waist, but if it's in the material of the underwear itself that's not ideal. It's better than 100%...! You might want to consider buying a different make in the future. It's probably not worth throwing your current underwear away and buying new ones.

  • He shou wu is a raises estrogen? I thought it helped to increase testosterone.

    Because it's prepared in black bean soup might cause it to absorb some, but if it's a small amount on the whole wouldn it balance to the andro side of the scale?

  • @12o1 Somewhere in the series I recommend books on sexual kung-fu, which is avoiding ejaculation. There are specific exercises and things to do to keep the energy flowing without causing damage. I'd suggest Mantak Chia's book "Cultivating Male Sexual Energy".
