ROSEMONT, IL -- The Park at Rosemont is a new restaurant and entertainment complex developed by the Village of Rosemont. The Park is expected to open in the spring of 2012. When complete, the new development will boast 200,000 square feet of entertainment, dining, and festival space. The interior of the complex will feature a festive recreational area that will host year-round events, including ice skating, farmers' markets, concerts, fairs, festivals and exhibition sporting events. Venues include:
Hofbrauhaus will be modeled after the legendary 400 year old Hofbrauhaus in Munich, Germany. It will be a 20,000 square foot beer hall with a 5,000 square foot outdoor beer garden. It will be only the fourth such site in the United States.
Zanies Comedy Club will offer a 300 seat venue.

Muvico, offering a premier movie experience, already anchors one end of the complex.
"The amount of commercial development now underway in Rosemont is truly amazing and we look forward to beginning a new era in entertainment for all of Chicagoland," Mayor Brad Stephens said.
