practice what? i did this jump first time like 4 years ago.. now i can do it blind folded 100/100 times without a single fail. my long jump record is 254 block what you can't understand?

dude this is fairly easy. Here is a guide as you can see.. you do it with only 1 strafe but you have to hold +duck right after you jump otherwise your head will hit the wall (invisible texture) and you will jump very low. And yes, you don't need to hold duck all the time, because if you do, you wont strafe good and you will end up on the ground most likely..
