Shih Tzu dog Lacey loves the first big snow of 2009

Lacey had a blast in the snow today. We have about 8 inches of snow in the front of our house and 12 inches in the back (it always drifts back there). Not as much as we anticipated. At first Lacey doesn't seem too interested in the snow, until she discovered that she can eat it, LOL! Then, she had more fun trying to walk and jump through it. She looked like a little doggie snowball when she was done!

Ooh! Lacey is soooo... pretty even after her haircut. I see you gave her one, I am thinking for my Bijou, on Spring, and I was afraid that she would be ungly. But now, I see Lacey so pretty. I think I'll do the same with Bijou, its a big problem all the hair, not her face of course.

Bijou is going to Austria for Christmas Holidays, we will bring you videos in the snow, I believe she will love it.

@tublena Thank you! I keep Lacey's hair long on her head, legs and tail. I try to be sure that her body is not too short, I think that it looks cuter that way and it is easier to maintain. I'm sure that your Bijou will look beautiful :)

Oh my she is so precious!! I think she keeps heading out trying to see if she can make it to a tree possibly but the snow is just too deep. What a cutie pye! :)

@lacey41908 haha. nice. yeah, i'm a huge Penguins fan. i'm from Nevada. i was telling my brother about Lacey! I kept telling him to look on my favorites! cause he knows how nuts i am about Shih Tzus. I keep telling him, "that dog on youtube is exactly what i want my shih tzu to look like." haha. I'm so jealous of your Lacey!
