Please check out my New First Lesson - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BUh3fQ7qjc. This is the first lesson I was given. I have a 'New and Improved' First lesson I give these days. Catch me in person to get that lesson. I received this lesson from James Ernest in 1987 - check out my site as this was originally posted there for years and years. http://www.RichShumaker.com

I am posting this here under my account because someone else had posted it without my permission here. So I wanted to make sure it was still available since I want as many people to see this. I just want to be able to answer the questions people ask. Since I made the video that should make answering questions easier.

  • its a 100mm ball?

  • @lordmarcoxd No 2.5" or 63.5mm - It is a lacrosse ball -Check the wikipedia for more info on lacrosse - I tried to add a link but I kept getting an error.

I used lacrosse balls as my Legacy Ball for years. Since a lacrosse ball is always the same specifications no matter who makes it. My favorite practice ball is hard to get it is a 90mm Ledraplastic ball.

  • filming by toothbrush

  • @jonithedrummer is that my tripod's name or the really bad video production skilz I had when I did this?

  • Can you please make a tutorial on palm spinning?

  • @Exiled44 Funny you should say that. I looked over the LegacyCd and I have a bit and a bob about spinning but not much. There are many reasons for that. 1. When I started I learned everything I knew from the flyer in the Chinese Exercise ball box. 2. I actively avoided learning the pyramid for 1992 reasons. 3. I learned a trick that you can't even see. 4. I helped make Sphereplay - Playing in the Multisphere - So check that DVD out for tons of multiball lessons - I also loved Multiball Contact

  • @EyelinerHomocide Actually, David Bowie did not perform any of the contact juggling in Labyrinth. The master of contact juggling, Michael Moschen, did it by standing behind Bowie and sticking his arms around in front of Bowie.

Search ''Labyrinth - Contact Juggling / Sphereplay'' on YouTube
