You 2d or 3d?

Start doind the same but you have 2 more steps to do, make the angle of the gear and then when you create the grooves(change the line in the same direction of the angle you already created.

I'll try to make another video

Then you can take that 3d model to make a drawing, very easy!

@syedakramullah it will never fits perfectly, thats why we are using conics bearings in assy of a differential.

But basically you have to use the same angle on your gears, same dimensions and the same number of teeth per inch.

Use a skeleton to locate the perpendicular gears that goes to the wheels.

I'll be posting a old basic video of a simple differential. took me few hours.
