Douglas Fisichella of Higher-Ground.com takes you through the story of the Temptations in the New Testament with a keen eye on the symbolism. The temptations address the three-fold lower self with an overriding question of his credibility. "If thow beist the son of God" encompasses the test and is the emotional preface for each of these temptations. Together these three temptations, along with the baptism represent what is known in the ageless wisdom teachings as the second initiation, that of the emotional self.

  • I'm sorry I made this combative. I don't want to rile you up. He told us he was no more God then we are. I have read the New Testament. He does not say it. In every case he refers to himself as the son of man. The son of man must suffer many things. He never makes the claim. Others call him the son of God. The closest he comes is to say I and the father are one.

Thank you for forgiving me in your first note, even though after your second it seems unlikely that forgiveness is what you felt.

  • The above is true, but there is some additonal information needed.

This new book, don't worry, only 99 cents,

"God Stopping A Nuclear War' explains these insights about Jesus, but God and Satan too.

Explaining everything jesus said and did in his time, to modern problems of rioting in the UK, gang problems, Muslim sucide bombers, trade problems with China, and other modern problems.

Satan is also explained, more than what is in this video.

    The Trinity is explained.

  • @tylerdurden666able What makes you think I look like Jesus? According to a letter to Tyberius from the centurion Pubulus Lentulus He wore a forked beard as is the custom of the Nazarenes. I wear my beard because I like it, and I never saw an image that was supposed to look like Jesus with hair halfway down his back.

He never claimed to be the son of God, and he did claim we would do even greater things than he. He was not just a man... He was a great initiate and a master of compassion.

  • wow!!! you like Jesus :O

  • great video! i just read this the other night. thanks:)
