@pubuman Well considering that Microsoft isn't a hardware company, it would be pretty easy the be worse than Microsoft.

P.S. I do understand your point though, because Dell and HP, among others, use Foxxcon for manufacturing as well.

@pubuman Speaking of which, if Apple makes their computers in places where people have LESS rights, then why do their computers cost so much freaking more?! I found a PC equivalent of the Quad-core mac pro on Amazon for $1,000 while the mac alternative costs $2,500. WTF?!

@Jiima This is true, but most PC components are built in Taiwan, Malaysia etc - where there are worker rights. There are manufacturing plants in China too, however a bigger percentage of PCs are built in places that treat their workers with rights, compared to Macs, where the majority is made in places with basically slaves. The point of all this is that Mac often claim the moral highground, when in reality they are much worse than most PC makers, and certainly worse than Microsoft.
