If you're asking what 日本人の知らない日本語 (Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo) means then it roughly means the Japanese (language) that the Japanese (people) do not know. Which makes sense, since in the drama she's completely stumped by, a number of time, her students regarding their questions about the Japanese language.
