girl.. i don't like sauve because it doesn't let you comb your hair easitly as VO5.. girl give it a try.. just make two section for your hair and do one with sauve and other one with VO5 conditioner.. any type of condition that you like.. not the shampoo.. the conditioner.. girl i am telling you .. you will tell the big difference.. and in case if you don't believe me.. i will share with you the video of my girl.. so you would see it on your own eyes... believe it or not..

We all have natural hair in my family...my youngest had hers professionally flat iron for Easter and I swear it took 4 washes to get it back to it's natural state...did you have that problem?

I think it is good to shampoo at least once per month. I do use ACV to clarify my scalp and love the way it feels after. If you're looking for a shampoo that won't dry out the hair look to KBB (if you don't mind spending a pretty penny). I'm looking into castille soap mixed with oils, since castille is multi-purpose. I always rave about Honey Hemp condish and I'm re-reviewing the Juices and Berries. Must say that I am in love with it.
Do you use sulfate free shampoo now?

Yes ma'am I do,,,,I mainly stick to acv and bakin soda and sometime use Dr.Bonners.
