The other day I got together with friends and had a Sushi party. Sushi is traditionally accompanied with wasabi, ginger slices and soy sauce. However, it ain't nothing without beer.
Here are some of the food items featured in the video:
カボチャの煮物:Steamed pumpkin
(kabocha no nimono)

鮭:Salmon
(sake)

おから: Type of Tofu
(okara)

穴子:Eel
(anago)

卵:Egg
(tamago)

いか: Squid
(ika)

海老: Prawns
(ebi)

めだい: Some fish... you look it up
(medai)

いくら:Salmon roe
(ikura)

ほたて:Scallops
(hotate)

かに: crab
(kani)

鮪: Tuna
(maguro)

ガリ: ginger slices
(gari)

餃子: Gyoza
(gyoza)

I think there may have been a little wasabi and soy sauce in there too. But we mustn't forget Suntory Premium Malts.
