S.W.'s 246mph Texas Mile, Goliad, Tx, Spring 2009

Here is a short sequence I made documenting S.W. and the Boost Logic crew setting the Texas Mile record at 246mph. I would like to thank them for allowing me to go along and document their process, it was a blast and I look forward to going again. The car is a 1995 Toyota Supra Hardtop with roughly 1,300rwhp, I believe the turbo is a 91mm.

Is it just me or does that Supra look a lot better without the side mirrors?

Especially from 0:10 - 0:18 and 0:33 - 0:43 ...

I think going wingless or keeping the stock wing would have better complimented the natural lines of the car... but I'm sure that at 244.8 MPH/ 246 MPH you'd need the one on they have on it in the video.
