Why do you lean so far over when doing the 2nd play? The Getty manuscript shows the play with out bending over which seems like a better way. You would loose your balance leaning that way.
Well, much as I love to see WMA clips, this one isn't as helpful as it might be. If you throw the shoulder lock like that, you will never get it against someone resisting you. Try aiming for the elbow with a boar's tooth first. Also, bending over once you have the lock only releases pressure and puts you in danger (try it against an experienced wrestler if you don't believe me).
