DBZ Raging blast ps3 euro version with japanese music. You have to use afs explorer in order to get it working

Sorry for bad audio quality but it was taken with my cellphone

it should work with usa version as well

Tutorial:

- You need AFS Explorer only, preferably the latest version that brings audio player
- If you want to put your own music then you will need DKZ Studio

1. The first thing is to go to the folder PS3_GAME - USRDIR - DATA - PS3 to find the file "st_pack_sound_pt_ps3" and copy it to your desktop or anywhere you like.

2. Open the file with afs explorer and wait to load all the files. Now the most tedious is to locate the 31 Japanese musics, is quite tedious because every file is named "J" but you can easily locate them because they are the largest files.

3. After locating these files, you need to export them "one by one" to any folder and rename to J01, J02, J03 ... J31 for example (you can rename them as you want).

4. Once done, it is now necessary to locate the 31 American musics, just as tedious as point 2 but this time the name of the files is "U" and are the largest of all American audio files and also are followed for one another.

5. Once located, put the cursor on the first American audio file (which is the main menu music) right click "import" and look for the folder where you did export the Japanese music and select the J01 file and so on until the J31. If you did it correctly it will change the file size and will be highlighted in green.

6. Now just close afs explorer and replace the original st_pack_sound_pt_ps3 file with the modified one.

7 - Enjoy

  • @Sacrengard tutorial added in the description

  • @dantealighieri007 wow eh could you give me an exact way of doing it pls, what you do is great but the problem is i neither know, where i should get all the stuff i need, if i must do that on the computer or the ps3 nor how can it be, that you change the disk or data on your ps3?? i just dont have an idea of what i have to do exactly.... and i guess many people have this problem because its sooooo hard if your totally not into all this stuff!

would be great, thanks : )

  • @LeeTheShogun make a backup of your original disc to the external hard drive using "backup manager" or "open manager" once done just copy the backup to your pc and follow the tutorial. You need psjailbreak, ps freedom or any other jailbreak method in order to get this workingof course.

  • with japanese voices that would be even better. How can you stand such dub?

  • So eine geniale version!!

  • @FilMarck Yes but it doesn't feel real and because its hard to get the music exactly to the beginning when the fight starts and lol well you know:D

  • i have the game so i'm bout to go play it

  • I'm not going to lie, this doesn't even seem worth it in the end. Lol.

  • @Anish2511 Just a few new characters, tweaked controls, and tweaked graphics. You can't do this with RB2. I just tried. Lol.

  • I want to buy one but now there's Raging Blast 2, what's the difference?

  • @FilMarck same, on my ps3 i insert the original OST manually

but the replacement music was good

  • @mrzisawesome It kinda makes me feel like I'm playing Dragon Ball Kai the video game, because of the music how it flows.

I've gotten used to it but would rather listen to Kikuchi's.

Since I've got the 360 LE edition, I can play custom soundtracks whenever I want. :)
