This is a video of a PCSO trying to disperse the 'Rioters reunited' Poll Tax Riot commemoration on 31 March 2010: rather unsuccessfully as you see him sloping off with his tail between his legs.

  • the speaker with the megaphone is incorrect, Trafalgar Square is in fact private property, its a quasi public space, the public are allowed on by general invitation but can be thrown off if neccessary. The guy who says "for gods sake, its not private property" is wrong.....the PCSO is a nerd but if you are discussing the rights and wrongs of the law the nerdy PCSO is actually correct, if you are going to quote the definition of private and public property you need to research and get it right.

  • I've seen this a few times and only just noticed Charlie Veitch is there.

  • @StreetTaggerUk It's London and there's a megaphone...

  • Er, no your not

  • Hahaha lmao ! Did you see that stupid b**** bouncing around talking to herself

  • @christoph404 İ spoke to a police officer the other day, he actually told me that Trafalgar square is a public area. Sorry mate :)

  • @scaven9er Well public taxes go towards all sorts of things ( properties etc) that the public have no access to or decision about, paying for the upkeep of something doesn't mean you have access to it when ever you feel like it...try demanding to use the toilet at number 10 Downing Street, you will be made to shit your pants as gunshots ring around your head. :-) But why worry......

  • @scaven9er yes thats about right, Quasi Public Space is space that is open to the public, shopping centres for example, but if security want to chuck you out they have a legal loophole that allows them to because a shopping centre is owned by someone/corporation/individual whatever....train stations are the same, as is Trafalgar Square, its a privately owned square that is open to the public but the invitation can be withdrawn...legally.....thats all.

  • @christoph404

Please provide citation. What is 'quasi public space'? 'It's mine and I give you permission, for now'?

From wiki - Trafalgar_Square...'Trafalgar Square is owned by the Queen in Right of the Crown, and managed by the Greater London Authority'

Doesn't that mean that the Queen owns it as a Corporate Sole, it's not hers personally?

While not public land, its upkeep is by way of public taxes. You have shown it to be all the more ironic that the public are asked to leave.

  • watch greenhat media

  • I can not see the PCSO walking away with his tail between his legs. another video with no meaning behind it
