Wine no longer needs a patch to play Call of Duty 4

You can always run COD4 on PlayOnLinux instead of Wine ive noticed PlayOnLinux is a lot cleaner... Plus you can use full screen lol.

Wine does full screen, too.

@anthonyla45 yes he can only he had to film this windowed because you can't film fullscreen it just shows you desktop and the programs that are runing
