Police shoot man wielding samurai sword

A man wielding a Samurai sword in downtown Modesto in front of the double tree hotel is confronted and shot by a police officer. The man was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead an hour later. Central Valley Report was the first news agency on scene, minutes after the shooting took place.

Your a tool peras3000....Police dont get training to shoot at small non lethal areas.....they are trained to shoot at major mass area like the chest. You dont have the chance to miss as person can run 7 metres in 1.5 seconds....so you dont have time to stand there and try aim at a arm or leg. Also when in situations like that with the adrenalin and a moving target your aim is at least 50% off...thats why you aim at centre mass....the public get a poor image from people like you.

Look, people are making opinions on this when they know nothing about it! This is a short video that clearly emphasizes that they don't know much.
