Hey, I'm on your side with the war. I've been against it from day 1. The only thing I'm saying is what's done has been done, and while I feel for anyone against the war, I'm happy to get what we can get. We can't erase what happened in 2003.

Well, if it makes you guys feel better, Snowe is now opposing Bush AFTER being re-elected. To me, that's more sincere since she's not simply doing that because she has to face re-election in 08.

too little too late. think of the families she has had a direct hand in devastating, Mainers who have lost a child....all to provide the oil companies with the free services of our military to take over the iraqi oil fields .watch the news ratcheting up on the "provocative" actions of iran.......my bet is that bush finds a reason to enter iran before he leaves......and olympia, forget what happened today, will vote for it. the neo-cons have not given up yet...

Well, I'm not defending her past actions, but rather stating that her switch, although more preferable years ago, seems sincere since she just won re-election and wouldn't have anything to lose for another six years.

agree. just happy i did lose a son waiting for her to change her mind, or a daughter helping george's family preserve their multigenerational wealth by taking over the iraqi and iranian oil fields.
