Steps
1. Open VLC player, Ctrl+S to open to streaming menu.
2. Add a media which is to be streamed.
3. Click stream, and hit on the next button.
4. In the streaming methods select RTP /MPEG Transport Stream and click add.
5. In the address bar type any of the multicasting Ip ranging from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255
6. Click next and check the box entitled "Stream all elementary streams".
7. And start streaming.
8. Open VLC player on another PC connected through LAN, Ctrl+N to open network stream.
9. Enter the network URL for RTP /MPEG Transport Stream, add the multicasting Ip used in the streaming VLC player and the base port of rtp which is 5004. (eg. rtp://224.1.1.1:5004)

NOTE: In rtp multicasting stream, the quality of the video will be good but the quality of the audio will be quite bad

I did not add any sound/music to this video because i am too lazy :)
