I am a combat veteran but I acknowledge that this fact alone does not make me a proficient "gunfighter", hell I din't even carry an M9. I think Steve sounds like a knowledgable instructor.

REALLY ?? this is in fact quite safe if you can't get behind this kind of modern training you need to sell your guns because you don't care enough to learn how to properly run the gun you are carrying . People like you that do not train correctly and will FAIL when confronted with a real situation ... As I used to tell my soldiers and now tell my students you sink to the level of your training you DO NOT rise to the occasion .
