From Group W, here's the open, transition, promo donuts and close from PM Magazine. First the 1982 version, followed by the PM Van version from 1979.

  • Where do you get this stuff?

  • I've been in the business since 1975, and have been dubbing off stuff since then!

  • Thank goodness for people like you, otherwise a lot of great, interesting material might be lost or forgotten.

I am looking for a locally produced segment from 1982 to 1983 on either WHAS TV 11 or WAVE TV 3 PM Magazine edition titled the Young Star Special. I have been combing through YouTube but have been unable to find. Any help you could provide would be great.

    Thanks,

I know this is an amazingly long shot, but what are the chances of you finding a clip from a local syndicate airing of PM Magazine? I (along with the rest of my elementary school) was on the April 1982 show featuring the chicken dance in Colorado but I never got to see it due to poor TV reception. Now my son is around the same age and I want to show it to him. Thanks for any advice you might have.

  • Would you also have the transitions?

  • Do you or anyone else have the 1976 opening, closing and promo donut animations?

  • "Have A Nice Evening"

  • IIRC, KSAT-12 in San Antonio was among the many non-Group W affiliates who aired PM Magazine on their stations.
