Does this guy have Down Syndrome or is he Chinese? Is he the brother of Corky? Or is he a China man who has autism and it makes him do socially unacceptable things? Maybe he just has Down Syndrome judging by the way he looks and sings.Can you tell when a Chinese person has Down Syndrome? I hope he is doing well after everyone exploited him!!
