  • is that charlie playing sax

  • @iwannabe24 Yes, that's Charlie DeChant in his first of many many years in the band and he's still one of my best friends.

  • Who is playing lead guitar?

  • @roomserviceband Todd Sharp on lead guitar.

  • Thanks for posting! I never thought I'd see a live version of this.

  • This same band is the same one on live previously unreleased track included on the new 4 CD box set that was just released a few months ago. (Abandoned Luncheonette - Disc 1 - Track 19)

  • WoW still has it after all those years

  • 4:30 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheSoldierScholar You know, that's an interesting interpretation. I've always wondered what the lyrics of this song meant. A marriage, very plausible.

    Such a great tune though...

  • Just great !!!

  • this brings me back to Central Park. This lineup played at the Schaefer sponsored summer concerts in Wollman Rink. I especially remember the summertime crowd snapping their fingers at the bands urging. Great venue, great songs, Todd Sharp had as many spotlights as Hall or Oates that tour. The boys attitude towards sharing the spotlight changed as they became more famous.

  • That bass player gotta be the coolest ever

  • I can't wait to see these guys again! Haven't seen em in awhile but I've been seeing them since 77. They're gonna blow my kid AWAY. He's a musician himself and he's seen them a few times but he's 14 now and not since he was like 5 I know he's just gonna be blown AWAY I can't WAIT tee hee.

  • Amazing version of a great song.
