This is a math game that I have developed using PyGTK to run on the OLPC. This demo does not use the OLPC VM, but the exact same program will run in the VM as well (and looks better since the windows are fullscreen there). The object of the game is to take the 4 numbers in the big squares and manipulate them using simple arithmetic (with order of operations and grouping via parentheses) in order to make them equal the result number in the lower right hand corner.
The game randomly generates puzzles with a recursive checker to make sure there is always at least one way to solve the puzzle (no impossible puzzles!). It's fun for kids, but it can be tricky even for people who aren't kids :)
wow pretty cool. Great job, now let us know how you built it with pygtk :-)

Looks like a great educational game! I'm happy to see the OLPC project getting a lot of development attention, and it looks like PyGTK runs well under Sugar. BTW, don't listen to MSPRIMA718, that person is a disrespectful moron.
