As it can be seen in the still images extracted from the clip, the trial is a complete sham which was engineered by regime and it was filmed in two occasions.
Apparently it was first filmed after a brief prison period of Abtahi and Atrianfar where they were treated well and without any torture and they were asked if they made their confession because of prison. At that point Abtahi and Atrianfar had made no statements usable by the regime and obviously they confirmed there was no miss treatment in prison. They were also made to believe that they will be freed after the first brief trial (image 2 and image 3). Once that section of the trial was filmed, regime put them back in the prison and apparently they forced them to take psychoactive drugs and took any confessions they desired and that is when they filmed the second trial (image 1). As it can be seen from the clip, IRIB edited different parts of the questions and answers to make the final clip to be aired only partially. If you pay attention to the scenes in image 1-3 (before and after asking the prison question), you will see the trial clip was a complete sham and engineered film!

These confession videos have no credibility. You can find parody videos of a lot of confessions which are almost exactly what the public ones sound like.

The Iranian security have got these confessions down to an art. They even give you an editor for your confession and tell you what to write and what to say and after a few revisions they go public with it.

They will use any threat to force you to make a confession including threats against your family and friends.

Because as I said in the very first comment to which you replied: We are talking about an Iranian opposition deeply brainwashed and suffocated in a Western agenda for McFreedom. They will deny God even if God would show himself in front of them. They have been doing this for years, a really extremist tactic of negating everything, at all costs. Just watch some of the VOA propaganda from where most of these people are fed. They would even claim pro Ahmadinejad rallies are filled with animals.

He is also questioned about whether his confession is motivated by mistreatment during his arrest, which he categorically denies, saying that he was treated well by the interrogators and that they had made him see through rationality how their movement was undermining the country.

Abtahi, former Vice President of the biggest enemy of Ahmadinejad, the ex President Khatami (a man who wears clerical robes but who thinks Islam is not good enough), and a staunch Reformist and government opponent himself, confesses that the protests were based on ridiculous whims of Mousavi and other opposition figures such as Khatami and Rafsanjani, and that he came to realize how reckless this fabrication of the "cheating elections" had been, for it was all about harming Iran.
