The Greeks have all the proofs that show that ancient Macedonians were Greeks. On the other hand, the FYROMians have absolutely no proof that can relate them to the ancients, they merely try to discredit the Greekness of Macedonia but they still cannot explain what relates them to the ancient Greeks of Macedonia. Their lack of evidence is more than obvious, FYROM's real name is Vardarska and they copied the Greek name of Macedonia in order to trick into people that they are Macedonians. FYROM is a mixture of many national groups with the Bulgarian as the most dominant.

There was a PERSISTENT, WELL ATTESTED tradition in antiquity that told of a group of Greeks from Argos-descendants of Temenus, kinsman of Heracles-who came to Macedonia and established their rule over the Makedones, unifying them and providing a royal house.
