I love how people focus solely on the President, because he's the figurehead. Let's remember than the executive branch is 1/3 of the U.S. government. Which branch passes legislation? That's right, the LEGISLATIVE branch, imagine that! And which party controlled congress for the last two years of Bush presidency? The Democratic party. So if we're going to blame it on those who came before, let's blame it on Bush AND the Democrats.
