@pokerfinest but on the flip side everyone knows the game these days no longer as profitable . i think thats why theirs a big boom in PLO but it won't take long before the game is taken over .. oh well

Poker was so different back then. Poker players were looked upon by hard core gamblers with problems, not as a way of life. It's definitely not a lottery now, I don't agree with the comment below mine. Poker has become more of a test of endurance and patience now-a-days. The pros are still there and still win a lot of tourneys, a lot of money, and a lot of bracelets. That's no lottery, that is skill and experience.
