  • I've lost 15 lbs over the last few weeks by following the principles of this study (see/research also: The Rave Diet, Dr. Fuhrmann, The Engine 2 Diet, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, and Rip Esselstyn). I am sleeping better and am more alert and I've noticed improved skin and the end of finding my hair atop the shower drain. My agina (pain from heart disease) is almost totally gone. I can't wait to see the results of my next blood test!

  • I gave up meat nearly 2 years ago and am on my way to losing all animal by-products (vegan) and I have never felt better.

  • It's too bad that it's rarely mentioned - or not understood - that plants are the original food, and animals are not food. Animals would only be eaten as 2nd hand food when real food is scare (Ice age).

    Dr. Campbell said " It's ALMOST like nature made plants the perfect food". - It's not ALMOST. They're perfect because they are our food; animal life wouldn't exist without that perfect symbiotic relationship.

  • using common sense, i think that we create our own proteins within the body just like plants create it via photosynthesis.

  • My cholesterol went from 225 to 118, triglycurides from 436 to 66. No Alcohol, doing P90X (with Tony Horton), and following page 95 in the China Study, in 3 months!! My doctor didn't even ask me how I did it..he just kept saying I don't believe it. Our whole health system is totally backwards...what a shame. Go to the Phillipines away from Manila, not one overweight person in the place! It is so simple. Start today..I grew up on a farm, all meat and potatoes.

  • Am I the only one that's disgusted by meat? I was always disugstued by it when it was raw. Why is it that I've always been grossed out by raw meat when humans are supposed to be omnivores? And why do we have to cook it??? What did we eat before we could cook our meat? Did we always have fire? Did we eat it raw? Why then is it so gross to me? If evolution is true, then I should ravenously eat it like the cougars and lions do. Not only that, but I feel bad eating living things I can relate to.
