walter ray allen a role player? nah im gonna have to disagree..to me any good or great player would do good in any era plus allen started in 96 & was a starter in milwakee & seattle...im not the type that says "this era was better or that era sucked" to me the 80's, 90's, 00's were all great & now this era (10's) looks great as well..these kobe dick riders like russell timmons need to say the 90's was weak just to down grade jordan, not me i know for a fact jordan was better than kobe.

Exactly. And those Fast players from 90s like KJ, Van Exel, etc were awesome players still and are better than todays Fast players. You wanna know how watered down the NBA is today...check out the box score of who played in Heat at Cavs game on MON 4-15-13...everyone except for Ray Allen (who would be role player at best) and maybe Kyrie Irving would not even crack the minor leagues of 90s NBA. 96 Bulls minus MJ, Pippen, and Rodman could still maybe beat current Heat with Big 3 healthy.

this guy russell timmons is a moron his whole argument is that the 90's was weak bcuz chris mullin is a HOFer...he says mullin wouldn't make it in this era cuz players would be to fast for him...shit i can name eddie jones, nick the quick van axel, sean elliot, sprewell, isiah rider, blaylock, KJ & many others who were faster than mullin & none are in the HOF.
