eBay. I lady in Florida, "nel-jen", her store goes by the name "I love Ruffles" She had made another gown for me out of the same fabric, then created this one "on spec", and diabolically made it in my size! I couldn't resist.

Just out of curiosity, the ones I've seen and want to buy all have that rigid material similar to those used to make petticoats covering the metal hoops... would the outline of the actual metal hoops actually be noticable if I bought a hoopskirt like that if the material of the dress is fairly thin?
