Star Trek: Voyager - Twin Mistresses of Evil

In this clip from the Star Trek:Voyager episode "30 Days" we see that Female Dominance or at a minimum heavy kink is not prohibited in the holodeck programming as demonstrated by the Twin Mistresses of Evil.

The CAPTAIN PHOTON holodeck program is based on a number of 1930 serials where the bad girls were generally what we would call Female Dominants.
