ENORMIS explains blue headlight bulbs legality

The Blue Headlight bulbs you see on some cars are a colored bulb. Some of these bulbs are illegal and distracting to other drivers.
In particular; Any additional and/or altered lighting; like adding colored bulbs that can be seen by other motorists on a public roadway ARE illegal. A lot of Police will ignore,some will not. MOST Aftermarket taillights are illegal. They need to have luninousity and reflectivity requirements as specified by NHTSA. Few of these taillights leaving China have fullfilled these requirements. Yes, I know its says SAE approved etc. That means NOTHING coming from CHINA.
