And here the second level. There is even an easier tactic. When you come to the first boss fight (helicopter) keep the Spreader and just kill the crocodiles left and right, until yu have about 4mill points. Points are the only thing that counts for an S-Rank and you need 4mill.

Time only matters in the other levels, cause you get a 3mill bonus for finishing under par time. Or you finisih the level without getting hit, which automatically nets you the S-Rank.
