Karen L. Kimmel claimed Not Deaf Enough in her lawsuit against Gallaudet and the recent ruling shows she can proceed on. Only counts V and VII have been dismissed and the rest are still intact. I suggest you read it CAREFULLY before you come at me like VigJe74 did in the comments.
