I just fucking love that track! Amazing job Dennis!

This looks awesome :)

No but they look very similar to the Westones. I'm not buying yet another generic in-ear set. Next set will be custom molds ;)
-
Have you ever tried etymotics?
-
Tried all of them.. Shure, Westone... But I keep coming back to my old Future Sonics/Sennheiser IE3's. They are kinda fragile but super comfortable and sound amazing. Other in-ears all sound thin and lifeless. On the road, I usually use my Shure E2C's because they're more robust and I don't want to risk breaking my only set of IE3's (Sennheiser stopped making them years ago and they're impossible to find).
It really is time for a set of custom molds, though. Ultimate Ears or Future Sonics...

haha. i should have known. what kind of in-ears do you use?
-
It's built inside the drum, with an XLR connector on the side of the drum. And in case you wonder why I'm not wearing headphones... I'm wearing in-ears :) You thought I replayed the take that precisely? That'd be sick! :)

Snare is a self built 10-ply maple snare (14" x 5.5") with Silver Glass Glitter finish. Nickel Drum Works throwhoff and Puresound Blasters snare wires. Evans G1 coated on top, Hazy 300 on bottom.
Thanks for the compliments :)
