Rugal returns to Goenitz after defeating Kim. Goenitz is surprised that Rugal defeated Kim without his powers since Kim was an undefeated champion in Korea. Goenitz now sends Rugal after a man name Dan Hibiki.

Guile asks Heidern if he can join him in his search for Rugal. Heidern accepts.

Goenitz warns Iori of the plot to create Orochi. Iori is offended over Goenitz saying that Iori isn't that good of a fighter, so he challenges him to a fight.
