I guess the same engine which was used in the MAZ 743. But with more horsepower... about 520 HP... 38,9 litres of displacement... an awesome machine!
It burned a lot of oil by the way. :D

@troyweeseful The red army at the end of world war two was not weak my friend, it was in fact the most powerful army in the world. it had 6.2 million frontline troops, over 12,000 tanks, 112,000 artillery pieces(more than the rest of the world combined) and about 15,000 aircraft, not to mention huge amounts of food and material. Patton wanted to attack soviet union, but he would have been for a nasty shock. fortunately this never happened.

The Soviet V-12 Diesal ( arguably) the best armored vehicle engine of the second WW. The combat ability of an armored force is not a direct function of a one on one match up between tanks. The Soviet use of one standard engine and one standard gun on their two main battle tanks the T-34 and KV simplified repair and maintenence. Even the U.S. was unable to produce one engine in sufficent quantity for all its M-4's. The German's had a multiplicity of Chassis, engines and tracks to maintain.

@troyweeseful hahah thats funny you prove you're just an dumb kid... 80%of the nazi losses were at the east front the united states had no hard time whatsoever.. the only did a little in the very tip of the west and a small island called japan.. those nukes where just a crime agains humanity.. the USSR had the power to defeat the nazi's a a difficult time and it only made them stronger! the ussr had the biggest army, most space triumph's and most ICBM's and also the biggest bomb ever!
