If the UN passes this as binding, what will the US do? (assuming the US will be agains it) I mean will the US be required to make a law that protects anything that threatens a religion? Or will the US withdraw from UN? ( I like this idea :P)

It's a non-binding resolution. We didn't sign it, but it did pass.

Basically, the Muslim countries cannot enforce it on us.

However, Britain and Canada already have limits on free speech. Be glad you are an American. I mean, we have a lot of fat retards here, but we are still free to speak our minds.

The Muslims in the UN are trying to get condemnation of Israel and silence Western criticism of Islam. Only Muslims signed the resolution. If it passed, it is only a paper tiger.

Case in point, terrorism works and damn is it working. As for Obama, he's one of those dirty evil closet Atheists *sarcasm* who converted to Christianity merely to get vote (he even says so in one of his books). Although he was born Muslim, there's a reason why he resigned from it. So I don't worry too much about Obama signing the Anti-Blasphemy Resolution.

Which is exactly what the Muslims tend to do. This resolution is the pinnacle of hypocrisy. We can't criticize their religion, but they still scream for the death of the infidel.

I must admit, this resolution have me worried, but I still have 'faith' that reason and freedom will win through in the end.

I think the Creationists are a problem because they dupe others quite knowingly with faulty reasoning designed to hustle a very unrealistic agenda. They seem to want to return to some 1950s era of moral perfection that never actually existed. They watched too many of Leave It To Beaver episodes and mistook it for their childhood. The 1950s were a time of racial segregation and McCarthy's witch hunts.
