@STR8BASEMENTPROD No, but having the extra horse power can help smooth the frame rate and compensate for the slight drop in preformance you get with 3d. However, this drop isn't huge and if you're card is powerful enough to begin with you may not notice it at all. :)
@STR8BASEMENTPROD no you can just keep that card, i plan on using my 1 gtx 470, i think if you sli some of the older cards it will unlock some of the advanced features...
WARNING: There is no Driver available to run 3D surround. Do not waste your money, not yet anyway. Nvidia have delayed the driver release until Summer at the earliest.
