I went to this paintball store and they say NEVER LUBE THE BOLT. They say it's a self lubricating bolt and that it doesn't need to be lubed at all.

Bob Long says to lube the bolt with triflow.

hmmmm, well I have a 2k2 ECX Intimidator, and when I went in they said don't do it. Thinks it's the same for my bolt as it is with the alias?

Is this a local paintball store with "air smiths" or an actuall Bob Long person telling you this? You are suppost to lube the bolt with tri flow, you don't really have to but its a good idea.

ummm i feel like an idiot...but where the hell can i find dow 55 cuz i cant find it anywhere. or does anyone know what other kind of lube is good to use with a timmy?

2k2 what gen are they are they gen2 ??? im thinking of building a custom 2k2 bob long i found a sick body i like and im thinking of buying a parts gun and spending a few hundred

ya, it's a local paintball store. The guys seems to be legit, but no Bob Long person actual told me this. Well i'll try lubing it with tri flow and see how it works out.
