Some years ago, when my friend told me he had the Super Mario Movie VHS, I was like "DUDE! They made a Super Mario Bros Movie? Let's watch it, man!". Biggest disappointment of my life

I feel like this movie would be okay... if it wasn't called Super Mario Bros and was a strait to DVD Walmart movie and was just a rip-off with alot of Mario references...

In a recent interview, Hoskins STILL cites this as the wers thing he ever did in his career Had a horrible time making it too. Can't blame him. Well, at least his American accent is still spot on.

Miyamoto, Luigizamo (SP?), Hoskins and Hopper (most likely the chick too) ALL regret doing this movie.
