Theres only a few things you need to get in the ultimate shape in your life...

1) Your Body
2) Persistence
3) Commitment
4) Motivation

With all of those things you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

In this video I'm saying in general that if you have a playground or park nearby, you can get pretty creative. Kids play at these parks all day long. That's a million times better than sitting in front of that PS3 or XBOX 360 as far as fitness goes.

Being Active early on sets the standard of how your body will look for the coming tomorrow. So get off your butt and have some fun!

  • Yeh 6 meals a day is the best for you as the body isnt designed to digest bulk amounts. But its not practical to eat like that. You cant break out the munchies at work.

  • The workout this guy is talking about will build functional strength and a natural looking physique over a longer period of time. Most people do not have the patience for this so will go to the gym to build mass that has little function in our daily lives.

    I get up and eat every 4 hours which is much more do able. 8am, then 12 then 4 then 8pm Simples

  • Yup. Most people at school wonder how i got big without going to the gym... i tell them that they dont need to go to the gym. All you need is a backpack, yourself, a pullup bar, two chairs, maybe some weights for squats and shit... but the main thingi s nutrition.
