The workout this guy is talking about will build functional strength and a natural looking physique over a longer period of time. Most people do not have the patience for this so will go to the gym to build mass that has little function in our daily lives.

Yup. Most people at school wonder how i got big without going to the gym... i tell them that they dont need to go to the gym. All you need is a backpack, yourself, a pullup bar, two chairs, maybe some weights for squats and shit... but the main thingi s nutrition.

Yeh 6 meals a day is the best for you as the body isnt designed to digest bulk amounts. But its not practical to eat like that. You cant break out the munchies at work.
