@68redneck67 Don´t mind, many people ignore it. Canary Islands are part from Spain, but them are located at northwest from Africa/southwest from Spain, but them are nearer to Africa. It´s a cool place to go on holidays, it´s always sunny and with a good weather ;) Sorry if i couldn´t explain myself correctly.
