I found out that the Celts lived in present day central Turkey (ancient Armenia) at around 400-500 BC. They had invaded Europe and passed from the north and came down to Van area.

@chiledoug I agree with you. My father was an Armenian history teacher and he always told me that Armenians, Celts and Scotts where ancient cousins, since they have the same ancestors, ancient indo-european tribes that lived in the caucasus, that spread thrue out the eurasian continents. peace

Well Armenians , Scotts and Irish are part of the same family of languages called the:
INDO-EUROPEAN family of languages. Even Sanskrit and Persian fall into this category. If you look back a good 5-6 thousands years, you will find common ancestors who lived together in the caucasus mountain chain from where the caucasian race emerged.
