Better results can be gained by any cammed gym machine.
Using free weights will take you a lot longer to get results. Try Nautilus or Hammer strength gyms, results will quicker!

hey mate i just bought 4kg dumbells 2day can you tell me a couple other ways to work out the biceps and the tris and the trapezius and pectorials if its posible to do with dumbells? thanks alot 5/5 very nice vid
