I read American Theocracy and loved it, and I'm very pleased to see him getting some face time on TV during this crisis. Considering that he's been bang-on with every one of his predictions for the last 20 years, his insight is highly valuable right now. If you believe what he's saying, then sell your stocks now kids, because the problem as of right not (Oct. 1, 2008) ain't the "end of the beginning" at all; it's only the beginning of the beginning...
