Meeting Juliana for the first time in a Minsk Belarus Orphanage Aug 2003

This is the first time my wife and I met Juliana in August 2003 in an orphanage in Minsk Belarus. You will see how the orphanage is "hidden" between apartment buildings. This is typical in that culture. You will also see how the orphanage directors had her dressed in winter clothes even though it was August. I shaved off my mustache and beard on this before this trip so you may not recognize me. Juliana, also, had crossed eyes which we later had corrected through surgery. She is our champion!
