hey ours was like three beeps then it went off then it told us the call but we always had a second and sometimes and a third tone cause not every body would responded to it. i hated that

Heh, its too bad you guys got shut down. Though I can understand the reasoning that the powers that be had. I was there the day your rig got towed away. That old Hahn of yours was one good lookin rig. I pass by it on occasion where it sits in Swanzey, stripped of all its EQ. I do wonder where the Q went though, I'm in need of one.
At least you guys still have your rescue squad.

They aren't shut down. I talked to the deputy chief last week. He said everything was great on the department. (I no longer go to school there).
The Hahn did have to be totaled though. During the ice storm a year ago there was no power on campus for a week so there was no heat in the fire house for that time. The water in the tank and in the pump froze and expanded causing it to damage the pump rendering it inoperable. It's a shame, she was a nice engine.

My god that lady gives you all the details. Ours is. FC for *town* for house fire *address* then time then done. This lady is reading a novel to you. I see you have the brick pagers. They record the broadcast and you can play it back but it's like a brick on your belt ya know?

It's actually not like a brick at all. That is only a Minitor 3 (same size as a Minitor 2 and the Minitor 4). The stored voice doesn't add any size to it. The Minitor 5, now THAT is a brick, lol. The 5 is about double the size of the 3.
