Indeed, for a wrist watch, the only way known to improve time keeping from the obvious stuff is to use an adjustable mass balance wheel and get rid of the regulator.

they are meant to cancel the deviation in time that gravity creates. They were made for pocket watches, when the watch would sit in vertical position all day long (in a pocket) thus the force of gravity would be the same on all the vertical side. But on a wrist watch, where the watch is moved in all directions during the day, a tourbillon is pointless. It is only an expensive decoration that reflects the ingenuity and workmanship of the watchmaker. I would still love to own one...
did you sell it?

The tourbillon design most commonly used by Chinese watchmakers was developed by Kiu Tai Yu, a master watchmaker from Hong Kong. He himself has his own manufacture (Beijing Watch Co.) and he has supervised the training and assembly of these early on at several Chinese watchmakers. Each movement is assembled entirely by hand and takes two months for each piece, which is why it is remarkable that the watches themselves can cost as little as $600 each with such high quality movements.
